Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - Book review

This is a Goodreads review. Well, it was totally nostalgic! I found this book interesting in spite of all the negative reviews. There wasn't a dull moment to quote. The same old racy pacy JK Rowling fiction, which I fell in love with. Time travelling is one of my favourite genres in fiction. We find this concept in a lot of scripts. I enjoyed the developments of different worlds, as a result of The Battle of Hogwarts. Scorpious Malfoy was the different Malfoy who stole the show single handedly. No other new characters registered as much as his. I loved it.

Eulogy for Severus Snape.

Severus Snape - In the End. "You are here to learn the subtle science and exact art of potionmaking," he began. [...] I don't expect you will really understand the beauty of the softly simmering cauldron with its shimmering fumes, the delicate power of liquids that creep through human veins, bewitching the mind, ensnaring the senses ... I can teach you how to bottle fame, brew glory, even stopper death -- if you aren't as big a bunch of dunderheads as I usually have to teach." -- Severus Snape. It's been 2 days since I read the book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.I admit that I struggled to get my copy as soon as possible. I've been harboring a great liking for Severus Snape. I've been telling people that Sev is my favorite character from the books and movies, but they used to taunt me and curse him... I agree he was irksome...I was trusting him though...and see what's happened in the end... it was as though someone was emb...

Severus Snape - Pure fun

NOTE: This is not my own imagination. Just an inspiration. "I can teach you how to bottle fame, brew glory, even stopper death -- if you aren't as big a bunch of dunderheads as I usually have to teach." -- Severus Snape. This page contains some very EXCLUSIVE pictures of our Half-Blood Prince[actually Alan Rickman ;)...]   Snape's secrets What could he possibly hide? A smile...a laugh? Oh, yes I will... Who said he couldn't smile?! Here is a relaxed Snape, how natural, walking down the hall ; ) The dunderheads are punished lol.... like this :P Snape : I'm having a blast hitting you, Potter! Let's do it more often, shall we! Potter : Can I retaliate? Snape : Of course not! And that's the beauty of it all! Oh I love this movie! Let's hope I get to curse Umbridge or throw some cutting remarks at her! Hello!! I'm Snape's boggart! I'm in front of a whole class and I'm having the time of my life, hence lett...

HP & the OOTP - Movie review

I'd always say that the book Order of the Phoenix is of a wondrous kind. Everytime I read the final 4 or 5 chapters, I feel the surge of excitement. Probably the best  one, a fantasy reader can ever get. And now talking about the movie... I was just taken aback by the teaser trailor and was wondering when it would hit the theatres..yet I knew the movie's release date.As every fan I too had a strong anticipation for the release. The day came..I made my way to the theatre nearby with my cousin who was another follower of the saga. We got into expecting for a class movie and it proved as it was so close to the mood of the book. Scenes were skipped, naturally in the way of covering all the matter. I should defanitely quote about the stupendous performance of Helena Bonham Carter[Bellatrix Lestrange]...she portrayed a death eater very well. And about the settings they were mind-blowing... they gave visualizations to my imaginations especially the Fountain of Ma...
